| | With experience in all aspects of technological
company management including founding 5 companies, successfully taking one of them public, and swimming with the venture capital
sharks. I have a uniquely useful background to help a small company formulate and realize their vision. My forte is looking beyond the immediate tactical problems that plague
a struggling enterprise, to see the strategic possibilities that are achievable. I like ‘thinking
outside of the box’ to see what the ordinary business consultant will never see. I also have had 47 years of business experience
in technology-oriented enterprises. I can relate to the problems an entrepreneur has because I have been
there and done that several times over. Having been in the
same situation before, I can relate to a client company’s struggles with cash flow problems, receivables financing,
finding capital, planning for rapid growth and hard times, looking ahead toward exit strategies, structuring the enterprise
for succession, and many more strategic issues. In summary, I am ready to mentor a small business entrepreneur in all the things that
make that job less than successful, while cherishing the spark of creativity that makes it more successful
than ever. |
